How do I order ?

K-liners

• Go to the measurement page    
• Fill out your measurements in cms, and press the submit button. You will be automatically re-directed to an acknowledgement page before being returned to the order page.
• Choose your garment type and click order.
• If you want to order by post, print out and complete the measurement page..

Back care mattresses

• There is only one size mattress in this range. If this is the product you require and you are ready to order, click the system button "ORDER"
• Each time you click the Order button you will add a product to your order.

Medical cushions

• There are two types of cushions for sale, Pressure Relieving Cushion and the Liquid Displacement Cell Cushion. There is information on both types of cushions to help you decide which type of cushion you require.
• Select the cushion size from the drop down menu. Once you have selected the cushion size (make sure you are ordering the right cushion as there are two types for sale in this section, if you are unsure, go to the top of the page and click on the link for the type of cushion you require). Once you are ready to order, click the system button "ORDER".
• Each time you click the Order button you will add a product to your order.

How do I change my order ?

Change Quantity - We have set the quantity to 1 for each product ordered, but you can alter this to any quantity you wish.

If you wish to change the quantity for a product you already have displayed in your order, you can order delete the product from the Order Screen, by clicking the Remove Item and then re-order the product with the larger amount.

Delivery ?

Delivery to mainland UK is free. All other delivery destinations will be quoted on a per order basis. Please email us or telephone +44 (0)1202 620839 with your requirements and we can give you an exact delivery costing

You can still send us an on-line order for delivery outside mainland UK but we will not process the order/payment until the delivery cost has been detailed to you.

Payment options / Secure credit card payment

We accept payment via most major credit / debit cards and orders require positive sanction before despatch. Credit card transactions are fully encrypted and you can have full confidence in the privacy and security of any payments made to us via this website.
All online credit card payments are handled using
(a padlock or key will be visible, in different areas on Internet Explorer and Netscape browsers).

We will not publish or otherwise provide any of your personal details to a third party for any reason. We, ourselves, may contact you with future offers or information regarding new products but if you do not wish to receive further communications you may easily un-subscribe. Should errors be made in providing us with correct card details despatch may be delayed. We will also accept cheques drawn in Sterling or Euro made payable to Charnwood Healthcare Ltd. Orders paid by cheque may take longer to process.

We accept these cards: MasterCard and Visa credit cards; Switch and Delta debit cards.

Any orders placed with Charnwood Healthcare Ltd will be converted from GBP (British Pounds) into your currency by your credit card company when they process the transaction. Please remember that currency rates change all the time and may differ to the rate when your transaction is processed by YOUR credit card company.
